In 2000
Jakala was created with the objective of offering companies an online gift program through a relational platform.

In 2002
Making use of the technologies already developed, strides are made with marketing services with greater value-added items: incentive and loyalty programs.

In 2004
Jakala acquires Promoplan (Italian below the line leader) and its two controlled companies: Gala Events and Catiturama (Italian leaders in MICE - meetings, incentives, conventions, events). At the same time, Jakala becomes Jakala Promoplan.

In 2006
The team and skills are combined, reinforcing their presence in the area of loyalty programs, consumer promotions, and DM.

In 2007
Acquisition of 60% of Bye Bye Baby, a company specialized in media events and guerrilla marketing.

In June, 2008
Acquisition of 100% of GIR Promomarketing (an important Italian company in the field of loyalty programs for GD/DO/Petrol).

In September, 2008
The group restructures its organization to respond to the development needs of the group's industrial plan, creating:
