Chaney Moore

Chaney has run marketing and communications teams at both Stanford University and UC Berkeley; prior to that, she co-founded a boutique consulting agency, World Education Group, that assisted smaller universities with international student recruitment. Before joining JAKALA, she served as the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience for Rick Steves' Europe.

A graduate of Stanford and Georgetown, she has worked in and around academia for most of her career; in her current role as Director of Client Success at JAKALA, she supports Ivy+ and major state institutions with large-scale web and digital projects.

Rolled out a site overhaul for Stanford’s Freeman Spogli Institute that encompassed 38 subdomains and was used as a template for subsequent redesigns around campus, including stanford.edu
Implemented Salesforce and marketing automation for UC Berkeley's Master of Laws program to manage recruitment, admissions, student services and alumni relations.
Featured presenter at LSAC conference, topic of using Salesforce in law school admissions.
