In January, members of JAKALA Americas and Italia teams had the honor of representing the company at one of the most important events for the Retail Industry globally, the National Retail Federation’s Annual ‘Big Show’ in New York City. Over 40,000 retail industry leaders representing many of the world’s largest and renowned brands attended the event, providing a unique opportunity to share ideas and JAKALA expertise, and learn about conceptual innovations and future trends empowering us to stay on the forefront of innovation for our leading retail clients, like Amplifon, Estee-Lauder, and Piaggio.
This event provided a valuable opportunity to team up with our close strategic partner, Esri (Learn more about the partnership with Esri). We had the pleasure of co-leading a keynote with them, highlighting the impact of our work in Location Intelligence, GeoAI, and J-Hexagon for our world-leading luxury and retail clients. Titled “Speed, Strategy & Scale: Driving New Market Growth with GeoAI”, the presentation was a spotlight of, how through location intelligence and AI, we were able to improve our Italy-based global leading motorized scooter manufacturing client’s media investment ROI driving a +15% in conversion and a reduction of -5% in CPA, generating over 14M impressions in just two months.
The event itself was a fantastic experience, but perhaps the most important aspects of this event were not at all a part of the event itself, but rather, outside of it.
